If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

GeneLoop provides a comprehensive synthetic biology platform that includes:

- • Plasmid visualization and annotation
- • PCR simulation and primer design
- • Restriction digest analysis
- • AI-powered sequence suggestions
- • Project collaboration features
- • External service integrations (e.g., pLannotate)

- • Design or develop harmful biological agents or weapons
- • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others

- • Engage in any activity that violates biosafety or biosecurity protocols
Biosafety Notice: Users are responsible for ensuring all sequences and designs comply with local biosafety regulations and ethical guidelines. GeneLoop reserves the right to review and remove content that poses biosecurity risks.

- 1. Good Faith Negotiation: First attempting to resolve informally
- 2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, through binding mediation
- 3. Arbitration: Final resolution through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
